As it is Easter Sunday tomorrow and a long week-end in perspective as monday will be a public Holiday in France, it is time to prepare the chocolate egg hunt for children which is a tradition in France (and in Western Europe at least I guess).
Sorting out some “old” documents on my home file server, I found a kind of easter egg story of 2013: my first essay for Chicago Booth MBA admission to explain the reason why I would want to do an Executive MBA.
It is a story of turtle to be turned into an albatros, a story of eggs obviously, and a story which is very much in the easter mind set: a story about personal epiphany.
Essay can be found here: Why do I want to do an Executive MBA – Chicago Booth – Essay 1 – Jerome Vetillard
Note! I eventually got admitted to Chicago Booth MBA (thank to the wonderful team there: Rachel and Jeanny), but chose the IE Business School and Brown University Executive MBA at the end (which has little to do with the academic excellence of both programs, and more to do with my HR department…but this is another story 🙂 )
